After coming within a close distance to a stunt token they appear on your map, so check your map from time to time in new areas and look for these tokens.
You can place the crosshairs on the green dot and mark the target and then get directions to the stunt via the GPS system, that is very handy.
Many stunts start in odd places, so you really need to get off the road and find 'em.
I will tell you this, in Downtown, down near Compton, I did find a nice Stunt that yielded a nice car.
The nice thing about this is they are a challenge but can be very rewarding.
Sometimes you get a new Concept Car, other times you get features added to the other play modes.
Many stunts start and end with ramps. Make sure you have enough speed to jump these or you will not get far. You also may need a nitro or 2 in addition to the auto-nitro's on the course. But watch yer speed, if you miss a blue token it is pretty much over.
You can look at your map as the count down starts and during your race. This can give you an idea of the direction you need to go in. You need to be quick and accurate to complete these courses, but well worth the effort, I feel.
